Privacy & public data
What Infoscale tracks, where it comes from, what we do with your email, and how a creator gets removed from our site.

The creators on our site
The videos, handles and numbers on infoscale.io come from public Instagram, TikTok and YouTube profiles that our platform tracks. They are shown as examples of what the software does. The creators shown are not customers of, partners of, or affiliated with Infoscale unless we say so explicitly, and they do not endorse Infoscale.
What we track, and what we don’t
Infoscale reads data that is publicly visible on the platforms: public posts, covers, captions, view and like counts, follower counts, public stories and ads from the Meta Ad Library. We compare each post against that account’s own average to find outliers.
We do not log in to anyone’s account, do not ask for passwords, do not read private profiles, direct messages or anything behind a login, and we do not connect to your social accounts unless you, as a customer, choose to connect your own.
Your email on the waitlist
If you join the waitlist we store your email address, the time you signed up and the page you signed up from. We use it for one thing: to tell you when your spot opens and, at most a few times before that, what we are building. Every mail has a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing deletes you from the list.
We don’t sell or share the list. It lives in our database at Supabase (EU region) and is sent through Resend.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising pixels. If we add privacy-friendly page analytics later, this page will say so.
Customers of the platform
When you use Infoscale as a customer, your own leads, revenue and team data are yours. Editors and other team members only see what their role needs; nobody outside your workspace sees your revenue. The full customer terms and data agreement come with your account.
